Amaravati Quantum Valley: what seven new project orders approve

Seven government orders dated 5 October cover ₹382.5 Cr in proposed investment and 1,226 expected jobs. Read the approval stage, incentive conditions and outstanding implementation questions.

Property Desk research context

Andhra Pradesh has issued seven project-approval orders for Amaravati Quantum Valley under its Quantum Computing Policy 2025–30. The proposals described in those orders add up to ₹382.5 Cr in investment and 1,226 expected jobs, according to Property Desk’s calculation from the seven records linked below. The verified development is formal approval under the policy. Spending, hiring and completion require separate evidence.

The IT, Electronics and Communications Department issued G.O.Ms.67–73 on 5 October 2026. Each refers to the State Investment Promotion Board meeting of 18 September 2026. The October orders therefore provide a new documentary step following that meeting; the proposals preceded the October orders. See the sequence and operative approval in GO 73, paragraphs 3–5 [7].

The seven proposals are:

The total combines the investment estimates stated in different proposals. Srsti’s figure specifically covers Phase I; Arohak’s covers three years. ₹382.5 Cr is not a government grant total or a verified amount already invested. Likewise, the employment sum is a projection, not a count of people hired.

The incentive conditions matter. Paragraph 6 of each order says admissible incentives can be considered and disbursed only after the relevant policy conditions, eligibility requirements and supporting-document checks are satisfied. The orders themselves do not establish an incentive payment. GO 70 [4], GO 71 [5].

For Amaravati residents and property readers, the useful connection is the named destination: Amaravati Quantum Valley. These records set out company proposals for that ecosystem. They do not identify the individual project plots or establish that a particular nearby property has access to a completed campus.

The remaining questions are practical: where each approved project will operate, what land or premises arrangements are in place, when each phase will begin, and what dated evidence shows construction, operations, hiring or incentive disbursement. These seven orders do not answer those questions. Property Desk’s reading is that project approval is now documented, while those implementation outcomes remain unverified in this review.

The PanIIT Amaravati council and fund announcement [8] is separate context. Its fund figure should not be added to these company investment estimates.

Useful next step: If a property advertisement names one of these companies as a nearby employer or campus, match the claim to its order, then ask for a dated official site or premises record and evidence of actual access. A city-level project approval cannot settle a plot-level claim.
