Property Desk research context
APCRDA's tender page listed 14 village-infrastructure packages initiated on 11 August 2026 under the Critical Infrastructure and Investment Plan, or CIIP. Counting the village names in the official titles gives 29. On the 1 September check date, the notices were displayed as valid through 5 September 2026; they were procurement notices, not completion certificates.
What is the current status of the 14 packages?
The APCRDA page places Packages I–XIV in its Tenders/Auctions list. Most titles describe lump-sum percentage tenders with a two-year defect-liability period; Package XIV is described as an EPC lump-sum percentage tender. A valid-up-to date only describes the displayed procurement window. Award, start, measured progress, completion and operation require later records.
- Tender initiation date shown for all 14 packages: 11 August 2026.
- Valid-up-to date shown on the 1 September check: 5 September 2026.
- Program named in the notices: Critical Infrastructure and Investment Plan.
- Contract language: lump-sum percentage tender in the titles, with Package XIV specifically described as EPC lump sum.
- Defect-liability period stated in the titles: two years.
- Current evidence status: planned/procurement stage, unless a later award or work record says otherwise.

What does CIIP mean here?
CIIP is the Critical Infrastructure and Investment Plan named in the tender titles. The titles use the broad phrase providing infrastructure facilities. To know the exact road, drainage, sewerage, water, power, street-lighting or other scope for one village, inspect that package's technical schedules, drawings, bill or price schedules, amendments and eventual award—not a summary headline.
How to read the procurement milestones
- Tender listed: APCRDA has invited procurement under the stated package.
- Bid window closed: submissions may have ended; this does not identify a successful bidder.
- Awarded: a later official award should name the contractor, amount and scope.
- Work started: mobilisation or site activity should be evidenced separately.
- Under construction: measured progress should be tied to a package and date.
- Completed: completion evidence should identify the accepted scope.
- Operational: the completed service must actually be available for its intended use.
What the 14 tender notices do not prove
- They do not prove that a contractor has been selected for every package.
- They do not prove that work has started or that a road, drain or utility is complete.
- They do not show that every street or property in a named village is included.
- They do not establish a service connection, legal access or road frontage for a specific property.
- They do not clear title, ownership, zoning, layout approval, conversion, encumbrance or boundary.
- They do not support an appreciation or completion guarantee.
How to use this list for village or property research
The package list is a useful index. It tells a buyer, owner or resident which procurement file to ask for first. The next step is to connect the exact property and practical concern to the package scope, rather than assuming every named village receives every facility at once.
- Start with the exact village and Package I–XIV number.
- Open the current tender record and every corrigendum or deadline extension.
- Read the technical scope and drawings for the street, network or facility being discussed.
- Check the later award, contractor and start record after the procurement window closes.
- Visit the location and record existing, under-construction and unfinished elements separately.
- For a property, verify the exact approach, drainage level, utility connection and boundary independently.
Questions people ask
How many Amaravati CIIP village packages were listed?
APCRDA listed 14 packages, numbered I through XIV. The titles contain 29 village names when counted once per listed package. That count is our calculation from the official tender titles, not a separate claim that every location receives identical work.
Does a tender mean construction has begun?
No. A tender invites or manages procurement. Construction requires later evidence of award, site handover, mobilisation and work. A tender can also be amended, extended, cancelled or retendered.
Which package covers Mandadam and Velagapudi?
Package VIII covers Thallayapalem, Malkapuram, Velagapudi and Mandadam in the North East Central Grid. The package title alone does not identify the exact street or facility beside a property; inspect its technical documents.
Which package covers Rayapudi?
Package XI lists Rayapudi together with Kondamarajupalem in the North West Grid. Recheck the current procurement and award record before describing work as started or completed.
Does the two-year defect-liability period start with the tender notice?
No. The titles say the contracts include a two-year defect-liability period, but the applicable start and conditions come from the final contract and completion or acceptance provisions. The tender initiation date is not automatically the defect-liability start date.
Bottom line
The 14 CIIP packages create a clear village-to-procurement index for Amaravati. As of the check date, the defensible status was tender stage. Update this page package by package when APCRDA publishes amendments, awards, work progress, completion or operational evidence.
