Signing in confirms control of your account or mobile number. It does not establish identity, ownership or authority to sell, and it does not give marketing consent. Contact details are kept out of public listings and are used for the purposes you choose.
Human follow-up, marketing, evidence processing, visits and public listing approval are separate consent purposes. Withdrawal and global suppression are checked again before any dispatch.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. We measure visits to public page categories and general device and region information. We exclude contact details, search terms, property identifiers, exact locations, form answers and private account pages. Advertising personalization is disabled.
If you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity captures clicks, scrolling, public page URLs and visible page content for session recordings and heatmaps that help us improve the website. Balanced masking keeps ordinary page content visible while masking form inputs, sensitive content, private pin details and chat content. URL query values are redacted. Sign-in, buyer, owner and staff account pages are excluded. Advertising cookie consent is denied.
We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days. You can change it at any time. Declining stops further collection and clears this website’s Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already collected.
Signed-in users can request data access, correction or deletion from their private buyer or owner account. A deletion request blocks new actions immediately, while approved retention, legal hold and minimum suppression records reconcile safely.
Map pins placed while signed in are saved privately to your account, including their labels, coordinates, displayed reference context, and any notes, quoted plot prices and their units, contact names, roles, phone numbers, and pin or contact tags you add. Remove a pin or clear all pins to remove that saved data. Guest pins are temporary and are not uploaded on sign-in. The live “My location” dot is never saved with your pins.
Questions about how long a record is held, who can use it, or an outstanding privacy request can be raised through your account controls or directly with Property Desk. A request may need review where legal holds or minimum opt-out records apply.
Named pin groups and their visibility save to your account. Excel imports are read in your browser and exclude recorded names and phone numbers. Creating a buyer link shares a snapshot of the group name, pin labels, locations and quoted prices with anyone who has the link. Notes, contacts, tags and files stay private. Links expire after 30 days; Stop sharing or removing the group revokes the link. Removing individual pins does not change an existing snapshot. Copies already saved by recipients cannot be recalled.
Images and PDFs you attach to a pin stay private to your account, together with their filenames, upload dates and any file notes you add. You choose the files manually. Remove a file or its pin to remove access and queue the stored file for deletion. This does not delete the original on your device or in WhatsApp.
